The Smart Portal is the fastest, safest and most practical way to immediately guarantee reservations at any Intercity hotel. The portal brings new features including BAR rates, which are the best public rates available for the day, with the advantage of more attractive discounts.

  • What is VendaMais Intercity?

    VendaMais incentive campaign is developed and promoted by Intercity to reward travel consultants.

  • How do I make a reservation?

    It's simple! If you already have an account with Intercity, you can use the same details to access our system and make a reservation - access now.

  • Is it possible to cancel a reservation made through the website?

    Yes, access your account here and manage your reservations.

  • Is it possible to change a reservation made through the website?

    The change must be made through our Reservations Center.

  • What are the payment methods?

    Through the Smart Portal, you can make reservations with direct payment, credit card or invoice upon approval of registration.

  • When I make a reservation, do I receive confirmation quickly and securely?

    Yes. The system generates a confirmation number immediately, and you will also receive a booking confirmation voucher by email. Everything is quick, simple and secure.

  • Do I have access to special rates through the website?

    Yes. Through the system you have access to discounts on the BAR rate (Best Available Rate = best public rate of the day). Promotional rates on a "last minute" basis may also be made available.

  • What is the BAR rate?

    The term BAR is an acronym in English that means Best Available Rate. This concept applies to the best public rate of the day, that is, available to everyone. It should be noted that this rate fluctuates according to hotel occupancy and may change daily without prior notice.

  • How does Early Check-in and Late Check-out work?

    Both arrival before check-in time (early check-in) and departure after check-out time (late check-out) must be requested in advance directly with the hotel. The request must be made after the reservation is made and will be accepted subject to availability.

  • How does NO-SHOW work?

    If a guest fails to show up without prior cancellation of the reservation, a NO-SHOW fee will be charged, which means a full charge for one night's stay. The cancellation period without a NO-SHOW fee is 24 hours before check-in time.

  • How to guarantee your reservation?

    All reservations made through the Smart Portal are guaranteed automatically. Please note that there will be a NO-SHOW charge if the guest does not show up or does not cancel within 24 hours before check-in time.

  • What are major event periods?

    These are periods when large-scale events take place in the city and generate a huge demand for hotels in the region. For these periods of extremely high occupancy, hotel chains have the practice of applying rates called “large event” rates. In some cases, only reservations with a guarantee and advance payment are accepted.

  • What is a non-refundable rate?

    For reservations made at the NON-REFUNDABLE rate, the full amount of the daily rates will be charged at the time of booking and, in the event of cancellation/change, there will be no refund of the daily rates paid.

  • How long does it take for my registration to be entered into the system and for me to be able to book online?
