LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE

How to apply?

The email must be sent to reservas@intercityhoteis.com.br and must contain the following information: guest's full name, reservation number made on the Intercity website, email address and print screen of the web page where the lower rate was found. E-mails that are incomplete and/or contain incorrect information will be discarded, and only an informative e-mail will be sent about the lack of data to review the fare value. Print screens of screens that have undergone changes and/or manipulations will be immediately identified and the order will be automatically canceled.

The Lowest Price Guarantee is only valid for reservations made at least 72 hours in advance of the check-in date.

The lowest rate review request found will only be analyzed if the indicated value is online and available when Intercity validates the information (within a period of up to 24 hours after receiving the value analysis request).

The lowest rate found must, without fail, refer to the same(s): 1) chain hotel; 2) category and number of guests in the apartment; 3) check-in and check-out dates; 4) currency; 5) payment conditions for the reservation made through the Intercity website.

The analysis of the lowest rate found will only be carried out if the reservation made on the Intercity website is complete and confirmed, that is, analysis is prohibited for reservations in progress or to be confirmed.

The Lowest Price Guarantee is only valid for individuals. Not valid for reservations made through: 1) combination of rates for employees, groups, companies, agencies; 2) loyalty points or any other reward program or special promotions of the Network.

If there is confirmation that the rate found on another website is lower than that applied on the Intercity website, a booking confirmation email will be sent with the lower rate honored.

If the analysis of the lowest rate indicated does not obtain a satisfactory result due to disagreement with the terms and conditions for reviewing the rate value, the reservation confirmed through the website will remain valid and with the rate value applied at the time of booking.

Intercity reserves the right to change any and all conditions and terms for reviewing rate values ​​and reserves the right to honor any expenses generated by websites that sell daily rates at the Network's hotels, other than the website

The rates used on the website are subject to change without prior notice, permanently remaining at values ​​lower than or equivalent to the rates shown on other websites that sell Intercity daily rates.
