At Intercity hotels, it is possible to pay for reservations over R$200.00 in up to 3 installments, except at Hotel Le Village by Intercity, which does not accept installments.

At the Yoo2 Rio de Janeiro hotel, the minimum amount for payment in up to 6 installments is R$1,000.00.

Only at the Intercity Maceió hotel can payment be made in up to 6 installments for reservations over R$1,200.00.

The total amount of the daily rate will be charged at check-in and any additional expenses will be charged at check-out. For reservations made online through the website intercityhoteis.com.br, the card is only used to guarantee the reservation and payment is only made at check-in. You can make the payment with another card (different from the one used in the online reservation) in the form of credit or debit, or in cash, regardless of the option selected in the online reservation on the website intercityhoteis.com.br. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Elo and American Express. And you can rest assured! Your personal data and credit card information are encrypted. ;)

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you need to cancel your reservation, the request must be made at least 24 hours before check-in time.

  • FEE POLICY

    ISS fee not included in the daily rate.

Cancellation Policy


If you need to cancel your reservation, the request must be made at least 24 hours before check-in time.


For reservations made directly with Intercity (whether through the website, the hotel or the Reservations Center), you must contact the Intercity Reservations Center by calling 0300 210 7700 or (51) 3201 7700 to obtain the necessary information and confirmation of cancellation.


When the reservation is made through other channels (such as Booking, Decolar, Expedia or Travel Agencies) the cancellation must be made directly with the channel and not through the Intercity Reservations Center.


The cancellation policy does not apply to non-refundable rates. In these cases, the rules stated at the time of booking apply.


Fee Policy


ISS fee not included in the daily rate.


There is no 10% service fee charged, except for Yoo2 Rio de Janeiro, Nacional Distributed by Intercity, Bavária Sport, Porto Maravilha and Serrazul hotels.


Charging the tourist tax is optional and varies depending on the city where you are staying.
