  • Is it possible to accommodate the child in a separate bed?

    Yes. If it is necessary to accommodate the child in a separate bed (extra bed such as a crib, single bed or sofa bed, for example), the hotel should be consulted regarding availability and additional costs.

  • And what happens when there is more than one child staying at the accommodation?

    For accommodation of more than one child, the hotel must be consulted in advance regarding availability and additional costs per extra bed. Costs will be applied based on the rate applicable during the stay.

Policy for minors

It is mandatory to present the child's or adolescent's identification document at the time of check-in (in accordance with Law 12.038).

It is prohibited to lodge a child or adolescent under 18 years of age in a hotel, motel, boarding house or similar establishment, unless authorized (with parental authorization registered at a notary office) or accompanied by parents or guardians (according to Law 8.069 of the ECA).
